Spring 2025 Four Tips for Ordering Success
1. Complete all 3 steps on the same day:
2. Order the right amount!
When placing vaccine orders, make sure to request the right amount. We review all orders to prevent unnecessary waste.
Use this guide to calculate how much vaccine to order .
If you need additional doses, include the reason for the increase in the Clinic Comments Field when submitting your order.
3. Reach out early!
We are always happy to help, but it can take up to 72 hours to respond, so plan ahead.
Include your site’s pin number and keywords describing the issue in the email’s subject line.
4. Complete your returns!
Returns can only be processed once the vaccine has expired Learn how to complete a return .
To remove COVID vaccines past their Beyond Use Date (BUD) , select “Other” as the return reason and note in the Clinic Comments Field : “Past BUD Lot # ABC123, Expired 2/20/2025.”
Reminders
The deadline to update your LogTag software to version 3 was March 31, 2025. LogTag version 2 is no longer supported View the LogTag configuration guide if you still need to update your software.

Reconciliations should be completed every 30 days, even if you are not placing an order. Learn how to complete a reconcilliation .

RSV season is over. Unexpired vaccine may be retained until next season. If any doses expire before next season, complete a return for the doses upon expiration.
