VFC & VFAAR Re-Enrollment Opens Soon!

Re-Enrollment Opens May 1, 2026

The Philadelphia Vaccines for Children (VFC) and the Vaccines for Adults at Risk (VFAAR) annual re-enrollment period will take place May 1 – 31, 2026 using PhilaVax. Complete the steps below to prepare for re-enrollment. 

Prepare for Re-Enrollment

Make sure all required staff have access to PhilaVax.

The primary vaccine coordinator, backup vaccine coordinator, and medical director must log in to PhilaVax to complete and sign the electronic re-enrollment form. Complete the 2026 User Confidentiality Agreement to renew your access or to create an account. Once the form is submitted, please allow 1 – 3 business days for account creation or renewal.

Update Clinic Tools in PhilaVax.

Review your staff contact information, address, and clinic hours in the Clinic Tools module in PhilaVax. Use these job aids to make needed updates:

Complete annual training. 

The primary and back-up vaccine coordinators must complete and document annual training. If you have not taken the CDC’s You Call the Shots training in the last year, you will need to complete these steps: 

Full instructions will be communicated closer to the start of the re-enrollment period. Re-enrollment is required for all VFC & VFAAR programs. Failure to complete re-enrollment will result in suspension and, ultimately, disenrollment from the VFC & VFAAR programs.
