Registration is now open for the Philadelphia Immunization Coalition (PIC) stakeholder roundtable — click the button below to register! This event can accommodate up to 30 participants.

Join leaders from healthcare, community organizations, public health, and partner sectors for a discussion on strengthening immunization efforts across Philadelphia. The meeting will focus on improving coordination, addressing vaccination gaps, and identifying opportunities to better support clinicians and families.

PIC will host this meeting on June 30, 2026 at the CHOP Roberts Center for Pediatric Research (2716 South St., Philadelphia, PA 19146) from 9 – 11 a.m.

If driving:

1) Parking is off of Schuylkill Avenue. If you come from the direction of the South Street Bridge, take the first right past the South Street entrance to the building and follow that road around the building until you get to the entrance on Schuylkill Avenue. (The entrance is at the far end of the parking lot.)

2) Take a ticket, as you will need it on the way out of the lot. We will supply a parking voucher before you leave – you will not need to pay for parking.

3) Once parked, follow the sidewalk up the incline on the right side of the building when facing it (standing in the parking lot). Enter on level B and take the elevator to level 1.

4) Make a left out of the elevator and follow around to the main lobby. Provide ID and let security know you are going to the conference on Floor 2, Room 2180.

If walking/taking the train:

1) Enter the main lobby by the South Street Bridge if you take the train to University City and approach on South Street Bridge. From 30th street station, you can approach from River Walk.

2) Provide ID and let security know you are going to the conference on Floor 2, Room 2180.
