The vaccine distribution center will have reduced delivery capacity during the holiday season. Orders submitted during this time will take longer than usual to ship.

November:

• Place your order by Friday, November 14, 2025, at 12 p.m. Orders placed after this date may not ship until December 1, 2025.
• No vaccine delivery November 26, 2025, through November 28, 2025.

December:

• Place your order by Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 12 p.m. Orders placed after this date may not ship until January 5, 2026.
• No delivery from December 22, 2025, through December 31, 2025.

January:

• No delivery January 1, 2026, and January 2, 2026.
• Monday, January 5, 2026: Regular ordering resumes.

Ordering Tips:

• Be sure to check the status of your order within two business days of submitting.
• Continue to check for tracking information daily as FedEx and UPS delivery delays continue. Use this job aid to assist you with reviewing this information.
• Order Requirements:
  • Routine, COVID-19, and RSV vaccine orders: Current temperatures and current reconciliation due on the same day as the order.
  • Flu: Current temperatures due on same day as order. Current reconciliation is due every 60 days, after the initial order of the season.
