The Philadelphia Immunization Program wants to ensure that school nurses can login to PhilaVax before the school year begins.
Please follow the steps below:
- Go to PhilaVax and enter your username and password.
- If you can login to PhilaVax, then no further action is needed.
- If you are unable to login to PhilaVax, please email the IIS Support Team at philavax@phila.gov. Include your first name, last name, and username when sending an email.
