The secure file transport portal (SFTP), is a secure web-based application that acts as a conduit for secure communications and exchange of data between providers and the Philadelphia Department of Public Health (PDPH).

By accessing or using the PhilaSFTP website, made available by the Philadelphia Department of Public Health, you are bound by Terms of Use. These Terms of Use affect your legal rights and obligations. If you do not agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use, do not access or use the PhilaSFTP website.

Multi-Factor Authentication:

Multi-factor authentication is required for SFTP access.

Email an encrypted file

Email to send files, without sending actual attachments, which may be too large to send. Similar to using email, you can use SFTP to browse your file system and add files to a message that the system will then mail to recipients.
