You\u2019ll find information on:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reviewing international immunization records<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Routine vaccine timing for school-aged children<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>School vaccine requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Influenza and COVID-19<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other recommended vaccines for adolescents\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/vaccines.phila.gov\/index.php\/back-to-school\/\">Visit back-to-school webpage<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Reminder and Recall Strategies: &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP)\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aap.org\/en\/patient-care\/immunizations\/implementing-immunization-administration-in-your-practice\/reminder-and-recall-strategies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><u><strong>offers steps<\/strong><\/u><\/a> to identify overdue patients, including the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Decide on an age range to focus on if it is not feasible to contact all patients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Run an IIS query for all patients in your selected age range who are 30+ days behind on vaccination.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Run the same query in the EHR.
