If not, please read on for enrollment instructions. Note that these instructions have been modified since we sent out our previous enrollment messages.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What is PA CARES?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PA CARES is a new state-directed initiative designed to support Vaccines for Children (VFC) providers enrolled in and in good standing with the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Immunization Programs.<br><br>Learn more about the program\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/vaccines.phila.gov\/index.php\/pa-cares\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>on our webpage<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PA CARES Enrollment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>All Vaccines for Children (VFC) providers enrolled in and in good standing with the Philadelphia Immunization Program are strongly encouraged to enroll in PA CARES.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To enroll, complete and sign the highlighted sections in the PA CARES provider agreement and submit it to&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:vaccines@phila.gov?subject=&amp;body=\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><u><strong>vaccines@phila.gov<\/strong><\/u><\/a>&nbsp;with the subject line &#8220;PA CARES Enrollment \u2013 [Your Site PIN].&#8221;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Electronic submission is encouraged so we can provide more efficient support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click the button below to view enrollment instructions on our webpage and submit the provider agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/vaccines.phila.gov\/index.php\/pa-cares\/\">Sign the provider agreement<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Important Considerations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To ensure smooth enrollment, be sure to closely review the instructions on our webpage before submitting your agreement.
