Because of this move, the Server Host Key has changed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the service account or automated script is failing to connect, it is likely because your system still has the old server identity saved in its known_hosts file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To fix this, you will need to <strong>clear the old entry for pdphftp.phila.gov<\/strong> so your client can trust the new key. See more details below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>How to Fix:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manually delete the line starting with pdphftp.phila.gov from your .ssh\/known_hosts file.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Note: You may need to run your script manually once to accept the new fingerprint.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the new key is accepted, your connection should resume as normal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If any files were submitted to the SFTP after <strong>March 20, 2026 at 4:30pm<\/strong>, please resubmit them when the connection is reestablished to ensure no gaps in data submission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our support team at <a href=\"mailto:philavax@phila.gov\">philavax@phila.gov<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you for your continued partnership and cooperation in maintaining a secure data environment!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We recently migrated our SFTP services to a new server.
