Orders submitted during this time will take longer than usual to ship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong>November:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Place your order by Friday, November 14, 2025, at 12 p.m. Orders placed after this date may not ship until December 1, 2025.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No vaccine delivery November 26, 2025, through November 28, 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>December:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Place your order by Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 12 p.m. Orders placed after this date may not ship until January 5, 2026.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No delivery from December 22, 2025, through December 31, 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>January:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No delivery January 1, 2026, and January 2, 2026.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monday, January 5, 2026: Regular ordering resumes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ordering Tips:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Be sure to <a href=\"https:\/\/vaccines.phila.gov\/index.php\/portfolio_page\/check-order-status-guide\/\">check the status of your order<\/a> within two business days of submitting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continue to check for tracking information daily as FedEx and UPS delivery delays continue. <a href=\"https:\/\/vaccines.phila.gov\/index.php\/portfolio_page\/shipment-tracking-job-aid\/\">Use this job aid<\/a> to assist you with reviewing this information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order Requirements:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Routine, COVID-19, and RSV vaccine orders: Current temperatures and current reconciliation due on the same day as the order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flu: Current temperatures due on same day as order.
