Digital Data Loggers (DDLs) provided by the Philadelphia Department of Public Health (PDPH) use LogTag software to download temperature data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LogTag version 2 is no longer supported and may cause data reporting errors. Therefore, all providers who use PDPH-provided DDLs must update their software to LogTag version 3 by March 28, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 2: If your software is out of date, download the correct software here<\/a>:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You may need to reach out to your IT team for help with downloading the software. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3: Configure your LogTag software by following the instruction guide here<\/a>:<\/strong> \u00a0<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The software must be configured before downloading DDLs. If this step is not completed, data cannot be uploaded to PhilaVax.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
