The enrollment will be done electronically through PhilaVax.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Prepare for Re-enrollment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Complete these steps now!&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Update Clinic Tools\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Review the information indicated for your site in the Clinic Tools, Clinic Information module. Use these job aids to guide you through making needed updates to clinic:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/vaccines.phila.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/v1_StaffChanges_JobAid_5-6-22.pdf\">Staff<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/vaccines.phila.gov\/index.php\/portfolio_page\/clinic-address-delivery-hour-update-guide\/\">Address or Delivery Hours<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete VFC Annual Training\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The primary and back-up VFC vaccine coordinators must complete and document annual training. If you have not taken the CDC\u2019s You Call the Shots training in the last year, you will need to complete these steps:&nbsp;\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Take the <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.cdc.gov\/vaccines\/ed\/vfc\/vfc\/\">VFC Refresher Test<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.cdc.gov\/vaccines\/ed\/vfc\/sh\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www2.cdc.gov\/vaccines\/ed\/vfc\/sh\/\">Storage and Handling Refresher Test.<\/a>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Note: The test takes up to 20 minutes and you do not need proof of passing score.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the training date to your PhilaVax staff page.
