Make sure your site is ready!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>All flu vaccine from the 2023-2024 season must be wasted or returned before you can order flu vaccine for the 2024-2025 season.<\/strong>&nbsp;Guidance on accounting for remaining doses can&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/vaccines.phila.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/v1_Guide-to-Wastage-2023-11-30-2023.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">be found here<\/a>. To account for any unused 2023-24 VFC\/VFAAR flu vaccine still at your site using&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/vax.phila.gov\/philavax\/Login.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PhilaVax<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Process a return for the unopened vials online in the Vaccines Returns module.\u202fA job aid with step-by-step instructions can\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/vaccines.phila.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/PhilaVax-Returns-Job-Aid-11.17.2023.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">be found here<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complete an adjustment for any open MDVs in the Inventory Module.\u202fA job aid with step-by-step instructions can\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/vaccines.phila.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/v1_Guide-to-Wastage-2023-11-30-2023.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">be found here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to the limited availability of flu vaccine for adults this season, we will have a maximum ordering threshold per site to ensure everyone has access to the flu vaccine. The Immunization Program will make every effort to fulfill your flu vaccine request.
