Letters were sent to ABH-PA plan members to help them with the transition. They can also call the phone number on the back of their card for more information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a provider, please:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Continue to vaccinate these patients.
